Sarah is a beautiful girl of 8 years old who has captured our hearts with her sweet spirit. She appeared to be a normal baby when she was approximately 1 year and 9 months old; her parents noticed that she was experiencing loss of movements. She was not able to take her first steps; she had hard time standing up and the more she grew, the more movements she was lost.
